Specialized home inspections are key to empowering our clients!
Every home has deficiencies. It is the significant or major ones that concern us most. Preferred makes it simple for you. We will walk you through the process from beginning to end, perform a comprehensive quality inspection utilizing state-of-the-art technology, consult our findings with you at the home, and present a detailed, but easily read report listing and illustrating both minor deficiencies and significant red flags.
Unexpected maintenance cost or hidden cost incurred by forgoing an inspection may create regrets that are too late to correct. Uncovering these deficiencies prior to closing is preferred and shifts these costs away from you. At Preferred, we help steer you in the right direction by our initial consultation and offer inspection strategies that best fits your home purchase.

Absolutely amazing service!! 10/10 experience. Jeff was so professional and thorough. He took his time to really explain everything that was going on to me and it was so helpful because this is the first time we are buying a home. Through the whole process I felt so at ease hearing his knowledge about inspections. The weather even kept us from doing the full inspection and he came back last minute to finish the job. We appreciate you so much! - 6/18/2026

I have been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years. I can tell you from experience that Jeff is one of the most professional inspectors that I have run across during that time. He was prompt and efficient. He also took the time to explain and show my clients the details of the inspection report. I will highly recommend Jeff with Preferred Real Estate Inspections!!!! - 8/30/2021
