Standard 3 Phases of Inspections:
Phase 1
Scheduled just prior to pouring of concrete. Inspected items: slab make-up, plumbing, and electrical materials and installation as according to S.O.P. requirements
Phase 2
Scheduled just prior to wall insulation and sheetrock. Inspected items: Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof, and Wall cladding/coverings to S.O.P. requirements
Phase 3
Scheduled just prior to final builder/buyer quality walk. Inspected items: Attic structure, Structural, Heating and Cooling, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof, Appliances, Exterior walls, & Drainage
Upon request, optional items may be added to inspection items.
